Knitting 201: Make a Hat

Are you ready for the next step?! If you already successfully been through our Beginning Knitting class or the equivalent - you're ready to move on to our Advanced Beginning Knitting Class. In this project-based class you will make a beanie hat and learn a whole host of new skills from how to read a pattern to how to decrease.
Previous Experience Needed:
Long Tail Cast On
Knit Stitch
Purl Stitch
Binding Off
Materials Needed (not included)
Skein of Worsted Weight Yarn
US6 + US8 16" circular needle
US8 Double Pointed Needles (dpns)
Stitch Markers
Darning Needle

You will need to knit much of the hat between the two class sessions. Expect to spend 2-5 hours knitting during the week. If you are not able to put in the time it will be impossible to complete the second part of the class.
If the class is scheduled as a one person private lesson, it is two 1-hour sessions. With 2 or more scheduled as a semi-private lesson, it is two 90-minute sessions.
Email, call or stop by to schedule your class time. Class must be completed within 2 months of purchase.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your registration, please provide at least 48 hours advance notice before the start of your first class for store credit. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice notice are non-refundable.
Missed Classes
We cannot offer make-up sessions or credit for missed group classes. Out of respect for your instructor and classmates, we kindly ask that you be on time.
